Services

Four practice areas.
One accountable operator.

Healthcare revenue cycle is the core. Around it sit three disciplines the same operator runs with the same rigor — consulting, reporting, and software. Engagements are time-boxed, fixed-fee, and outcome-defined.

Service 01

Healthcare & ABA Revenue Cycle

The domain I know. Contract revenue-cycle management for ABA and behavioral-health providers — the billing, credentialing, and compliance work that keeps cash flowing and auditors satisfied. I've run it as Director of RCM for a multi-location provider group.

Best for

ABA, multi-disciplinary therapy, and behavioral-health practices losing revenue to denials, credentialing delays, or a billing process held together by one heroic person.

Billing & denial management

Clean-claim submission, denial root-cause, appeals, and reconciliation. From claim line to closed cycle.

Credentialing & enrollment

Provider onboarding, payer enrollment, CAQH, and re-credentialing tracked so nothing lapses mid-cycle.

Authorizations & eligibility

Auth-window tracking, depletion alerts, and eligibility re-checks so services stay billable.

Billing QA & compliance

Concurrent-billing checks, documentation gates, and PHI-safe handling with BAAs from day one.

RCM dashboards

Aging, denial rate, days-in-AR, and collections surfaced on a schedule leadership can act on.

Interim RCM leadership

Step in as fractional Director of RCM to stabilize, rebuild, and hand back a running department.

Service 02

Management Consulting

MBA-backed strategy and operations for owner-run and mid-market companies — in and out of healthcare. I helped grow my father's plumbing company from thousands to millions in a year; I've owned a P&L and rebuilt departments. This is operator consulting, not slideware.

Best for

Founders and executives who need a partner who has actually run the thing — to scale operations, fix the unit economics, or lead through a transition.

Operations turnaround

Find the bottleneck, quantify the leak, and rebuild the workflow so the business scales cleanly — and the team spends its time on work that matters.

Growth & profitability

Pricing, margin, and capacity strategy grounded in the numbers — the way I grew a trades business 10x.

Process re-engineering

Map the real process, cut the manual handoffs, and codify it in SOPs that survive turnover.

Fractional / interim leadership

Ops, RCM, or finance leadership on a fractional basis while you hire — or through a critical stretch.

M&A & transition support

Diligence on operations and revenue, and the integration plan that makes the deal actually work.

Board & governance advisory

Board-level reporting, controls, and trust-accounting discipline — drawn from real board service.

Service 03

Data, Reporting & Dashboards

I built the entire reporting and automation engine for a provider group — hundreds of automated workflows across billing, HR, training, credentialing, and operations. That same skillset, pointed at your data, turns spreadsheets into decisions.

Best for

Teams flying blind between month-end reports, or drowning in manual data pulls, re-keying, and email-driven processes that should run themselves.

Power BI dashboards

Executive and operational dashboards that refresh on a schedule and answer the questions leadership actually asks.

Power Automate workflows

Approvals, notifications, form processing, and cross-system automation — the manual glue work, automated.

Compliance & KPI reporting

Supervision ratios, credential expirations, denial trends — the numbers that keep you compliant and paid.

Data cleanup & modeling

Reconcile the sources, model the data, and build a single source of truth that doesn't paint itself into a corner.

Predictive & trend analytics

Spot where the revenue cycle bends before it breaks, and forecast with something better than a hunch.

Documentation & handoff

Every report and flow documented as a searchable knowledge base so the team owns it, not just runs it.

Service 04

Specialized Software & Systems

Yes — I build. When off-the-shelf software can't do it, I write the system that can. Multi-tenant SaaS, EHR/billing integration, custom applications, and automation. Production systems are the evidence that this is real engineering, not a side hobby.

Best for

Organizations whose process is their advantage — and who need software built around it, integrated with what they already run, and handed off cleanly.

Custom applications

Django-based web apps built around your workflow — portals, dashboards, internal tools, full platforms.

EHR ↔ billing ↔ ops integration

Make your systems talk cleanly — clearinghouses, EHRs, accounting, and payroll on speaking terms.

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture

Role-aware, audit-ready, per-tenant isolation — patterns I've built and run in production, engineered fresh for your system.

Workflow & RCM automation

Claims pipelines, denial auto-correction, eligibility re-checks — automation with billing built in.

HIPAA-aware data handling

PHI-safe from day one: BAAs, encryption, access controls, and audit logging by design.

Platforms built to order

I've built and run systems like this — event ticketing, association management, business operations. I can build you a similar one, or run it for you as a managed service.

Engagement model

How working together actually works.

01

Fixed-fee per phase

You see the price before the proposal. No hourly surprises, no scope creep piling silently onto an invoice.

02

Time-boxed

Most engagements run 6–16 weeks in 2-week increments. If the work is done in eight weeks, we end in eight.

03

Ownership, not lock-in

Every engagement ends with documentation, training, and transfer. The system outlives the relationship.

FAQ

Common questions before the first call.

Do you only work with ABA providers?

No. ABA and behavioral health is my deepest credential, and it's where the revenue-cycle work is strongest — but the consulting, reporting, and software services are industry-agnostic. I've grown a plumbing business and can run a general operations engagement just as well.

Do you actually write custom software?

Yes. That's what "specialized software" means here — real applications I design, build, and operate in production. Whatever I've already built for one industry, I can build the equivalent for yours.

Do you sign BAAs and handle PHI?

Yes. Behavioral-health work requires HIPAA-aware infrastructure, BAAs with all subprocessors, and PHI-safe data handling from day one.

How does pricing work?

Fixed-fee per phase for consulting and build work. Managed services are billed monthly, with pricing scoped to your volume. You'll always see the number before you commit.

Can you lead a department on an interim basis?

Yes — fractional or interim RCM, operations, or finance leadership is a common engagement. I step in, stabilize, rebuild the systems, and hand back a running department.

Not sure which service fits?

Tell me where it hurts — the denials, the reporting, the process, the build — and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
