The operator behind the systems.
Fourteen years across medical billing, ABA and behavioral-health revenue cycle, accounting, and operations leadership — plus an MBA and a habit of walking into a department and replacing the load-bearing spreadsheet with a real system.
"I helped grow my father's plumbing company from the thousands to the millions in a single year — at twenty-five. I've run revenue cycle for a multi-location provider group, and I build software the industry pays other people for. I know business."
I started in business early — pricing, operations, and hustle, long before any of it had a title. That's where I learned that a business lives or dies on its systems and its numbers.
From there I moved into healthcare, where the numbers are harder and the stakes are higher. Medical billing, then ABA and behavioral-health revenue cycle, then leadership: Director of Revenue Cycle Management for a multi-location provider group, and a seat on its board. I built the reporting, the credentialing, and the billing systems that group runs on — hundreds of automated workflows across billing, HR, training, and operations.
For the last two years I've run my own healthcare-consulting practice, building the systems that now make up my portfolio while advising providers directly. An MBA sharpened the strategy; the operator's chair keeps it honest.

The path
From the trades to the revenue cycle to the codebase.
Grew a plumbing company 10x
Helped run my father's plumbing business and took it from thousands to millions in a year. First lesson in operations, pricing, and cash.
High-accountability payment operations
Early work running payment operations under strict oversight — audit-ready by design, with randomized-audit controls. Where the compliance instinct came from.
Medical billing → ABA revenue cycle
Moved into healthcare billing, then specialized in ABA and behavioral-health revenue cycle — the denials, authorizations, and credentialing that make or break a practice.
Director of RCM & systems architect
Led revenue cycle for a multi-location provider group and built its reporting, credentialing, and billing systems end to end — hundreds of automated workflows still running today.
Provider-group board member
Governance and financial controls for a growing provider group — board-level oversight of the numbers and the systems producing them.
Independent consulting practice
Founded my own healthcare-consulting practice, advising providers on billing, operations, and systems.
Building the systems
Architecting and operating production systems — while consulting on the same problems they solve.
Capabilities
Twelve disciplines I move between fluidly.
Most engagements pull from at least four of these. The mix depends on where the bottleneck is — and where it will be next quarter.
Billing & RCM
From claim line to closed cycle.
Credentialing Ops
Provider onboarding without the spiral.
Management Consulting
Strategy grounded in the numbers.
Dashboards & KPIs
Decisions in numbers, not hunches.
Process Automation
Repetitive tasks → reliable jobs.
Predictive Analytics
Where the cycle bends before it breaks.
Compliance & PHI
HIPAA-aware handling by default.
Trust Accounting
Audit-ready, randomized-audit design.
Software Development
Custom platforms, actually shipped.
System Integration
EHR ↔ billing ↔ ops, talking cleanly.
SOP Authoring
Processes that survive turnover.
Change Management
People follow a system that respects them.
Let's talk
Bring me the problem that's keeping you in the weeds.
Billing that leaks, reporting that's late, a process that eats your week, or software that needs to exist. Thirty minutes tells us both whether it's a fit.
